I want to build a farm that works.

Daniel Afolabi started Greenfield on 8 hectares in 2018. What he wanted wasn't scale for its own sake — it was a farm where every irrigation cycle, every planting record and every harvest date was something the team could actually rely on.

The estate has since expanded to 86 hectares, but the philosophy hasn't changed: build the system first, and the scale follows.
